This policy explains what personal information Madison International Trading Company collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website, enquiries you send us, the business introduction emails we send, and the cookies this site uses.
Who we are

In short
- We collect only what we need to answer enquiries, introduce our business and supply our customers.
- We use analytics cookies only if you accept them.
- We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive your name, your contact details and your message, plus anything else you choose to send, such as your company name or product requirements.
We use this to answer you, send quotes and samples, and handle orders. The contact form sends your message to our inbox at info@madisonitc.com. The website itself does not keep a copy.
The WhatsApp and Telegram buttons open those apps. Messages you send there are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or Telegram, under their own privacy policies.
When you visit the website
Server records. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Hostinger, records basic technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This keeps the site secure and working.
Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited, how visitors found the site, roughly where they are (country and city), what device and browser they use, and whether the contact form was sent. It does not tell us your name or email address, and we do not try to identify you.
If you reject or ignore analytics cookies, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics still receives a basic signal that a page was viewed, with no cookie or identifier, which helps us estimate how many people visit. Google calls this ‘consent mode’.
Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address.
Business introduction emails
We look for manufacturers and distributors who may buy essential oils and mint products, and email them to introduce Madison ITC.
To do this, we collect business contact details from public sources: company websites, trade association member lists and public business databases. These details are the company’s name, website and country, a work email address, and a person’s name and job title where the company publishes them. We use them only to introduce our business and to follow up if you reply. We do not email people in countries where the law requires consent before a first business email.
If you don’t want to hear from us, reply ‘unsubscribe’ or email info@madisonitc.com. We’ll stop contacting you and delete your details. We keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that you are not contacted again by mistake.
Customers and suppliers
If we do business together, we keep the contact details of the people we deal with, along with orders, sample requests, shipping documents, invoices and payment records. We need these to supply you and to meet Indian tax, customs and export rules.

- Keeping business records: our legal obligations under Indian law.
